Mrs. Asifa Sohail is an academic administrator, researcher, and trainer with twenty-five years of experience in education. She has been awarded a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree and a Diploma Certificate in Health education by Aga Khan University. She also graduated with a bachelor's degree from the science faculty at Karachi University. She has experienced serving as a teacher, academic coordinator, director, manager, administrator, and teacher trainer in respectable academic and corporate settings. Her areas of expertise are leadership and management in the educational Institutions.
She is currently working as a project manager for the "whole school improvement program" (WSIP) at Sargodhians Institute for Professional Development. The project is a partnership between SIPD and the Sindh Education and Literacy Department of the government.
Mrs. Sohail worked for Bahria Foundation PN (2011-2017) as the Assistant Director of Quality Assurance and Deputy Director of teaching, training, and Evaluation.
In addition to her leadership roles, Asifa Sohail has made substantial contributions as a textbook writer, editor, and developer of electronic educational aids. Noteworthy among her achievements is the creation of the "Across the Globe" series of social studies books, along with several titles tailored for pre-primary children. Her innovative approach to curriculum development and her adeptness in leveraging technology for hybrid modes of learning have earned her recognition from esteemed publication companies.

Naureen Faisal holds an M.Ed. from Aga Khan University with specializations in primary and secondary education, teacher education, inclusive education, and research, along with advanced diplomas in Early Child Development and English Language Teaching.
Currently serving as Program Manager- Professional Development at Sargodhians’ Institute for Professional Development (SIPD), Naureen designs and implements teacher development sessions, conducts needs assessments, and develops professional programs for public and private teachers.
Previously, she worked at Ismailia Youth Services Schools as Professional Development Coordinator. At Children Resource International (USAID project), she enhanced teaching processes in 29 government schools in Karachi. As Assistant Manager Academics at Aga Khan Education Service Pakistan, she provided academic support and led the Keti Bandar project in remote Sindh.
Naureen Faisal is dedicated to fostering dynamic and engaging learning environments and staying current with the latest teaching resources and developments. With extensive experience in education, she is committed to supporting and enhancing the skills of educators.

Mr. Nadeem Uddin Qureshi is a dedicated teacher educator at the Sargodhian Institute for Professional Development (SIPD). With a Masters in Education from Aga Khan University and an advanced diploma in English Language Teaching from Cambridge University England, he possesses a strong educational background. Mr. Qureshi has extensive experience in planning and conducting capacity-building workshops and professional development training sessions for different stakeholders from government departments of Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir. He has also worked as a program associate and provincial coordinator for educational projects in collaboration with organizations like UNESCO, Save the Children, Care International, and Aga Khan Education Services, Pakistan, AKES,P where he conducted professional development sessions for teaching faculty, government officers, head-teachers, Principals, and directors across different educational institutions. Before joining SIPD he held positions as deputy director Bahria Institute of Teacher Training, BITT Karsaz, Karachi. Mr. Qureshi’s expertise lies in capacity building and promoting effective pedagogical practices to enhance students’ learning outcomes.

Asif Khan is the Assistant Manager of IT & Administration at SIPD. He holds a BS in Information Technology from Tando Jam University in Sindh, Pakistan. With over eight years of expertise in networking, maintenance, logistics, cyber securities, technical staff support, he is coordinating with vendors etc. Asif has established himself as a proficient professional in his field.

Muhammad Uzair Hameed is a seasoned Trainer and Facilitator with over a decade of experience. He has built a strong reputation in school monitoring and academic administration, school management, teacher training, leadership development programs, and early childhood care education. He conducts both short- and long-term training programs.
He holds an M.Phil. in Education and a Master of Arts in English Literature from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur. His interests include traveling, blogging, textbook development, research, and school audits. Uzair Hameed has served in various prestigious institutions, holding positions such as Regional Programme Manager, District Manager, Cluster Manager, Academic Planner & Monitoring Officer, Academic Program Manager, Lecturer, and Trainer.
