MY SCHOOL PROGRAM

The project “My School Program” is a partnership between SIPD and the Sindh Education and Literacy Department of the Government of Sindh.

The School Improvement Planning process is an annual cyclic process of self-evaluation, planning, and implementation of activities leading toward whole school improvements.

Under the Public /private partnership programme of the Sindh Education Literacy Department in collaboration with SEF-Sindh Education Foundation SIPD has adopted 10 public schools in Tando Allah yar district to develop educational standards in Sindh Pakistan. GGHS Tando Soomro is the pilot school for the project’s “My School Programme” activities, the whole school improvement plan.

CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK OF PROJECT PLAN:

Mentioning a project where SIPD (presumably an organization or department) has adopted 10 government schools in Sindh, Pakistan, as part of a whole school improvement program. Improvement in these schools is expected to be made in five goals.

Goal 1: TEACHING AND LEARNING

Offer ongoing training and professional development opportunities for teachers. Support the adoption of modern teaching methods and technology.

Goal 2: INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT

Upgrading physical facilities, such as classrooms, libraries, and laboratories. Able building for students to learn in good environment.

Goal 3: SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

: Encouraging parental involvement in their children's education

Goal 4: LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT

Strengthening the governess and management’s structures in schools

Goal 5: STUDENTS' SOCIAL, MORAL, AND HEALTH DEVELOPMENT

Implement programs that focus on students' social and moral development.
